1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MCPChats services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Service Description
MCPChats provides AI-powered agent services for e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to:
• Customer support automation and live chat assistance
• Product discovery and recommendation engines
• Order management and customer account assistance
• Integration with e-commerce platforms via MCP protocol
• Analytics and performance monitoring tools
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4. Service Availability & Support
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We provide:

• Multiple support channels based on your plan
5. Limitations of Liability
MCPChats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Pricing & Payment Terms
• All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise specified
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months of service
• Enterprise customers may negotiate custom terms
7. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination:
• Your access to our services will cease immediately
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
• We will provide data export options for a limited time
